True North Expeditions is pleased to offer team building and leadership development opportunities for organizations...in the great outdoors here in Alaska!
Bowling and sitting in boring lecture halls listening to a speaker talk about "team work" just isn't captivating and inspiring business teams anymore. Lecturers can have excellent content, however, unless the intended audience is attentive, writes down everything, reviews continually after the seminar, and applies it in their daily lives, change and growth will not occur.
TNX recognizes the extreme value and need of real, experiential team building adventures that will catapult people and teams into real life change and growth. And where better to do this than in the outdoors here in our own backyard!

TNX offers a multitude of options for businesses who desire to get their employees out on a rewarding day on our many great river/stream systems around the Anchorage-area. Depending on the management objectives, TNX offers day trip packrafting and whitewater rafting that will add great and long-lasting value to the team in the following ways:
-
experiencing true teamwork
-
serving each other
-
building trust amongst team members
-
developing effiecient and effective communication
-
and purely having fun and being challenged as an individual and as a team
Team Initiatives, on and off river, will be built into the day's program that are dependant upon management objectives.
Below are a suite of exciting trip options for businesses to choose from:
