Scheduling a trip with TNX for your group is quite easy on your end.  Just answer these questions and allow us to meet your needs:

1. What does your group want to do?  From our available adventures, select the activity for your group.
2. When would you like to go?  Give us your dates and we will check our calendar.  TNX trips fill up fast, so try and be flexible.  Also, there are preferable times of the year for all trips as it relates to snow conditions, fishing, river conditions, etc.  We can help you, based on when you would like to go, when it would be good for your group.
3. How many in your group? (group size)
4. What are their approximate ages?  We will help you to determine if the trip you would like to do is suitable for your group. Contact us.
5. FORMS and DEPOSTS  Group leaders must fill out a Group Application form and with this form, send a 50% deposit to secure the dates with TNX.  Individual Registration Forms, Health History Forms, and signed Liability Forms are due prior to the beginning of each trip.  The remaining 50% is due prior to the beginning of the adventure.
6. Then contact us...we are excited to serve your group in the wilds of Alaska to make this an adventure of a lifetime!
